PLEASE PRAY   CPC humbly requests your intentional prayer for:

PRAYER GATHERING FOR LIFE   Pray for an outpouring of participation from our community during CPC’s 24 Hour Prayer Gathering for LIFE on Sept. 12-13. God calls us to this simple action – we must respond. We depend on our Heavenly Father to push back the darkness, and we pray He will raise up a movement for LIFE. VOLUNTEERS   Please pray for the 400+ dedicated volunteers who serve the ministry of CPC. We are grateful God has stirred their hearts, and we pray He will continue to use them to make great things happen for moms and their pre-born babies!

Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater is setting aside 24 hours for prayer. Join when you can and stay as long as you feel led. Invite others and help spread the word.

PLEASE PRAY   CPC humbly requests your intentional prayer for:

SUMMER WOMEN’S EVENT   As we prepare for a new fundraising event this summer, please pray for God to use this event to meet a critical financial need. Pray for God to stir the hearts of 110 new LIFEkeepers (individuals giving a monthly gift of $50 or more) to commit by the end of summer in order to keep our medical clinics and resource centers operating fully.

THE BEST WAY   Abortion is a result of believing some type of lie (or lies) about God. Men and women who choose to end the life of their precious pre-born child have been deceived. God’s way is the best way. Pray for truth to prevail and parents to choose LIFE.

Volunteer Spotlight: Matt Shellhart

• Volunteer since 2013
• Serves all locations as Network Administrator
• Attends Cornerstone Bible Church

Matt Shellhart has provided numerous hours of IT assistance in troubleshooting, upgrading, and installing new systems to create a more efficient and secure network. His dedication and passion were evident from the first time he stepped in to help with an IT problem that had the ministry at a stand-still - on his way home from laser eye surgery! Matt has worked tirelessly to ensure that no data is lost, our team has the tools and knowledge needed to handle and maintain our daily functions, and transitions leading toward improvement are as smooth as possible. He often includes his son Aaron to assist him, instilling positive values at an early age. His business model is to save ministries thousands of dollars so that more funds can be spent ministering to others – the epitome of wise stewardship. Matt, you are a gift to CPC!
